Medical harm integrative health coaching

coaching for survivors of medical harm and the people who love them

You trusted the system. Something went wrong and now you feel all alone.

I help people reclaim their lives after medical harm —supporting their healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels through intuitive guidance, self-forgiveness, and empowered exploration of new healing paths.

This is a space for both survivors and supporters.
No shame. No judgment. No gaslighting.
Just truth, care, and the possibility of healing.

Clients I Work With

  • People harmed by medical procedures, including tubal ligation, salpingectomy, vasectomy, mesh implants, vaccines, and other interventions.

  • Individuals dismissed, gaslit, or traumatized by the healthcare system.

People who were told nothing is wrong because of normal lab work, but know deep inside they are really sick.

  • Family members and partners struggling to support a loved one in pain or crisis.

  • People navigating long-term physical symptoms and emotional fallout after medical harm.

Whether you're the one harmed or the one holding everything together — your story matters here.

  • You shouldn’t have to choose between silence and shame or being labeled “anti-” anything.

  • This is a space of truth, support, care, and possibility.

  • No stigma. No judgment. No gaslighting. Just healing.

  • You are not broken. You are not alone. You deserve to be heard, believed, and supported.

Why I Do This Work

  • I have been there and lived it

    I’m not just a coach — I’m someone who’s lived this.

I was harmed by a medical procedure that changed my life. I was gaslit, misdiagnosed, and left to piece it all together on my own.
I also walked this road beside my child, who suffered after a vaccine injury and endured years of dismissal and confusion.

Now, I help others reclaim their voice, rebuild trust in their bodies, and move forward — on their own terms.

  • Medical system experience

During my two decades in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, I’ve witnessed the failure of the system to care for people in their most vulnerable moments.

I have deep knowledge on how to navigate our very complex healthcare system, which failed me as well as my family, from the perspective of a professional, patient and a parent/patient advocate.

I believe in medical freedom & autonomy, true informed consent, and everyone’s right to compassionate, integrative and holistic care.

It helps you process what happened, rebuild trust in yourself and your body, and navigate next steps in a safe, validating space.

I can provide helpful tool on how to deal with emotional, mental and physical impact, as well as help you figure out a way forward.

  • This is for anyone who has experienced:

    • Physical injury or adverse reactions after surgery, vaccines, or medications

    • Medical gaslighting, dismissal, or neglect

    • New, unexplained chronic or complex symptoms

    • Emotional trauma or PTSD related to healthcare

    • Confusion or overwhelm as a caregiver or loved one of someone impacted

If you’ve said, “Something happened and no one believes me,” — you’re in the right place.

  • No — this is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

Coaching offers a complementary form of support focused on emotional processing, self-advocacy, clarity, and personal healing goals.

Many of my clients find coaching helps bridge the gap between what happened and how to move forward and some use my coaching as complementary to therapy they are in simultaneously.

  • Examples include:

    • Tubal ligation, salpingectomy regret or complications

    • Vaccine injuries or long COVID-like symptoms

    • Complex diseases such as ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, POTS and Dysautonomia

    • Adverse effects from birth control, implants, or medications

    • Post-surgical complications and emotional fallout

    • New onset autoimmune or neurological issues following interventions

    • Long-term trauma from being gaslit or misdiagnosed

    • Family or caregivers of loved one suffering any of the above

  • Absolutely. Many clients are still navigating doctors, tests, or treatment while working with me. Coaching can help you feel more grounded, prepare for appointments, advocate for yourself, or make decisions with more clarity and support.

I bring in 20 years of working in healthcare and 10 years of my own experience as a patient and a patient advocate.

  • That’s incredibly common. Whether you’ve been dismissed with “normal labs” and sent to a psychiatrist or therapist, or buried under conflicting diagnoses, this coaching holds space for your lived experience — not just labels. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve care.

  • Yes. I offer coaching for partners, parents, and close friends who are supporting someone harmed by the system. You may feel lost, scared, or unsure how to help — this space is for you, too.

  • In addition to deep listening and trauma-informed guidance, I may offer:

    • Nervous system education and regulation strategies

    • Self-trust and advocacy tools

    • Leaning how to tune into your intution

    • Optional Neurodynamic Breathwork to release stored trauma and emotion

    • Gentle reflection prompts and emotional processing exercises

  • Traditional health coaching often focuses on diet, fitness, or lifestyle compliance.

This work is different — it centers healing after harm, not optimizing wellness. It’s about emotional restoration, reclaiming your voice, and navigating life after your trust has been broken.

  • You can book a free 40-minute consultation to share a bit about your experience and see if this support feels right for you.

There’s no pressure — just connection and clarity.
